Open Evening and Open Morning
Each year we arrange an Open Evening and an Open Morning for parents and their children to see the school facilities, meet the staff and students, and to experience the school in action on a typical day.
Unfortunately due to the current situation we will not be able to host our annual Open Evening and Open Mornings. We will be sharing a video which will include information about the school from a variety of different perspectives and there will also be a video presentation from the Headteacher. While this will not replicate the experience of visiting the school for an open evening or open morning we will endeavour to ensure that we are providing a sense of the ethos and values of the school as well as the opportunities available for your child at Oldfield School. Our virtual open evening will be available to view from Friday 25th September at this link; www.onlineopenevening.co.uk/oldfieldschool/
A pack with our prospectus and other information will be sent out to Year 6 pupils at the following schools;
St Anne’s (Oldland)
St Michael’s CofE
If your child is not at one of these schools, please contact us for a prospectus pack firstname.lastname@example.org.
At present we are not be able to allow parents and their children to visit for a tour of the school during the school day. However we are able to arrange meetings either in school, or remotely, with specialist staff such as the SENCo or the School Nursing Officer for children with additional needs.
