A dedicated, solution-focused HR Manager is required to provide strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions across the school, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and school policies, leading on recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, attendance management, performance management processes and staff well-being initiatives, enabling the school to attract, retain and develop a high-performing workforce.

Business Manager

A dedicated, solution-focused Business Manager is required to lead, operate, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems of the school while providing excellent working and recreational facilities for staff and students that facilitate delivery of an effective curriculum and extra-curricular activities. Implementing the school’s health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with legislation in relation to health and safety, fire risk assessment and asbestos management will be key responsibilities as well as leading on data protection.
