House Pumpkin Carving Competition 2022; Dark Heroes and Fantasy Villains

Do you have the creativity and carving skills to be crowned Oldfield’s Pumpkin Carving Champion?

This year, our annual pumpkin carving competition’s theme is ‘Dark Heroes and Fantasy Villains’. You can carve and/or decorate your pumpkin to explore this theme however you wish.

  • A Thanos pumpkin? We’d love to see it. A Sauron pumpkin? Yes please…
  • Or maybe heroic pumpkins. The Dark Knight, Black Widow, Wonder Woman, Harry Potter…

To take part, simply ask your tutor for an information letter, create your pumpkin and bring it in for judging on Thursday 20th October. Your entries will be judged by Mr Mackay and a mystery guest judge. All entries will receive 2 x house points for taking part, but there can only be one overall winner!
